We start by getting a clear understanding of your business and goals, followed by a detailed questionnaire that provides us with the crucial information needed to start your website. To get started, we'll need your assets, such as pictures, logos or other content you'd like included. The speed at which we progress depends largely on how quickly we receive these materials and your feedback.
From there, we design and develop a custom coded website layout that aligns with your brand and objectives. Once the initial concept is in place, we collaborate with you to gather feedback and implement any necessary changes. Next, we conduct thorough testing to ensure everything works perfectly before launch. Throughout the entire process, we keep you informed and involved, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.
-
We typically complete a website within 2-3 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly clients provide content and images, as well as our team's availability. With prompt responses, it can sometimes be finished in as little as two weeks.
-
We design every website to be fully responsive, meaning it will automatically adjust to fit any device, whether it's a phone, tablet, or desktop. Our custom code ensures that the site is optimized for mobile users, providing a seamless experience across all screen sizes.
-
We avoid platforms like WordPress and Wix because they often rely on plugins and bloat that can slow down your site. Instead, we create custom hand-coded websites focused on speed, security and efficiency. Custom code eliminates the need for constant updates, reduces security risks and offers greater flexibility. This approach results in a fast, reliable and scalable website that stands out in the long term.
-
Before launching your website, we conduct thorough and detailed testing to ensure every section functions as it should. This includes testing for broken links and ensuring your site looks and works great across all devices, including desktops, tablets and mobile phones. We also assess the site's performance, making sure it loads quickly and efficiently. Contact forms are tested to ensure proper functionality and we check that all features are working as intended. Additionally, we verify on-page SEO elements to ensure your site is optimized for search engines from the start. Our goal is to deliver an optimized, user-friendly website that's ready for launch.

Yes, we offer website hosting services. With our monthly subscription, hosting is included along with ongoing maintenance and optimization. This ensures your site loads quickly and performs at its best, thanks to features like fast servers and Global CDN (Content Delivery Network). The Global CDN means your site's content is stored on servers around the world, so visitors can access your site faster no matter where they are. If you prefer a one-time payment, you can also add our hosting and maintenance addon package, ensuring you get the same level of performance and reliability.
We retain full control of the hosting to ensure performance, security and reliability.
-
We offer ongoing website maintenance to ensure your site runs smoothly. With our monthly subscription, you receive comprehensive support, including updates and essential upkeep. For those who choose the One Time plan, we offer an add-on to provide the same ongoing maintenance. These two options provide the flexibility to choose the solution that best suits your business needs. Either way, you can focus on what you do best, while we take care of your website.
-
Yes! With the blog integration add-on, you can easily add new posts or edit existing ones - no coding required.
For general website edits, we handle everything for you. Light updates, like text changes or swapping images, are included. If you need larger changes - such as adding new sections or entire pages - these are billed at $90/hour. Simply send us an email with your requests, and we'll take care of the updates. While we're happy to make changes after launch, major redesigns are not included.
To keep costs down and ensure the best SEO results, we recommend deciding on all major features during the initial build. This allows us to choose the right package or billing structure, making the process smoother and more cost-effective for you.
While we do offer unlimited edits, frequent daily changes aren’t ideal for SEO and can disrupt your site’s consistency. Most clients find that occasional updates work best, keeping their site fresh without unnecessary tweaks. If you need frequent changes, we’re happy to accommodate them at our hourly rate.
-
We implement regular backups of your website to ensure that if anything goes wrong, we can quickly restore your site to its previous state. These backups are automated and stored securely for your peace of mind.

Yes and no. Our packages include on-page SEO, such as fast load times, accessibility, meta tags, Google Search Console, sitemap generation and some content creation. However, we do not handle off-page SEO, which includes link building, guest posting and other external strategies. For off-page SEO, we recommend working with a specialized agency that focuses solely on SEO, as this ensures more effective and focused results.
-
We focus on on-page SEO, ensuring your site has fast load times, accessible design, optimized meta tags and a clear structure that search engines can easily understand. For content, we prioritize creating pages that address your audience's needs directly, helping establish your authority while improving your search rankings. Quality content is at the heart of effective SEO and we aim to make your site both user-friendly and search-engine friendly. For off-page SEO or more advanced strategies, we recommend partnering with a specialized agency.
-
Yes, it does, especially in competitive markets. Good SEO can help businesses appear on the front page against larger companies with extensive backlinks, numerous pages and strong keyword rankings. However, SEO isn't instant - it's a long-term strategy that can take 6-12 months to show results. For comprehensive SEO, it's best to work with a specialized agency that focuses solely on SEO to get the most effective results.
-
SEO is a long-term investment and not something that delivers instant success. It usually takes 6-12 months to see noticeable effects, though sometimes it may happen sooner. Established competitors often have years of trust and reputation built with Google, so new sites need time to earn that same level of authority. SEO is about consistently building trust and credibility with Google to improve rankings over time. Patience and effort are key to reaching and staying at the top.
-
No, reaching the front page that quickly isn't realistic. Unless your site gains attention from major platforms or publications, it takes time. Some companies might promise fast results, but ranking #1 isn't something anyone can guarantee. In less competitive markets, it may happen faster, but ultimately, it's up to Google's algorithms and how strong the competition is. SEO is about steady progress, not instant results.
-
The subscription starts with a 12-month commitment and then continues month-to-month. You can cancel anytime after the first year, but the site isn't yours to keep after cancellation.
-
We send email invoices with a link to a secure page for payment details. Subscriptions can be paid by credit or debit card. For One Time projects, we prefer direct bank transfers to reduce processing fees, but Wise and PayPal are also options. We do not accept checks or money orders.
-
If we can't create something you're fully satisfied with and you decide not to continue, we will provide a full refund for the initial payment. Once the site is live, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
-
Yes, subscriptions continue month-to-month after the 12-month minimum. By then, the website should be generating more than $150 a month in value for you, making the site practically self-sustaining. We hope our clients continue to see the value in our work and remain with us.
-
No, there is no buyout option. Our subscription model works best when clients stay for 5+ years, as that provides enough time for us to earn back the value of the service. It's not financially viable for us to wait for payment on each site and then replace that monthly income. This model ensures we have steady, reliable income, allowing us to focus more on client sites and provide better support. If clients were able to buy out regularly, we'd have to spend more time selling to replace that income, which would reduce the quality of our service.
-
If you cancel early, you'll owe the full cost of the site ($3,600) minus what you've already paid. We value long-term partnerships and look for clients who feel the same.
-
We'll need to start with a new 12-month contract.
-
Invoices have a 7-day grace period, after which a $25 late fee is added. If two monthly invoices become overdue and there's no communication, we reserve the right to cancel the contract. If you want to be reinstated, you'll need to pay the remaining balance, including any late fees. If payment is not made, we will cancel the contract and the website will no longer be accessible.
-
Yes, you can! We offer a $50 per month subscription add-on for unlimited edits and support, with a 12-month minimum commitment. This service is continuous, so it can't be turned on and off month-to-month. If you decide to cancel and later want to reinstate it, a new 12-month commitment will be required.
-
The main difference is how costs are spread out. With a subscription, you'll pay more over time in smaller, more manageable monthly payments. The One Time plan requires paying everything upfront, saving you more money in the long run since the design and development costs are covered initially. The best option depends on your cash flow and goals - if you prefer not to pay a large amount upfront and want ongoing service, the subscription works best. If you don't need ongoing service and prefer a one-time payment, the One Time option saves you money in the long run.
-
Yes, we manage your domain as part of our service, but it's always available for transfer if you decide to take it elsewhere in the future.
-
If you cancel your subscription, you will not retain the website or its code. You will, however, keep your domain and any assets. The website and code are part of our ongoing service, so without the subscription, we can no longer manage or host the site for you.
