Dimic Trans

From having no website to becoming a local service that regularly gets calls through Google and ChatGPT

Dimic Trans did not have a website before this project. The business relied mostly on referrals and existing contacts. The idea was not a big digital strategy. The goal was simple: build a serious online presence and see whether it could produce results.

When someone urgently needs septic tank cleaning or sewer unclogging, they often open Google and call the company that looks like the most reliable option. Today, Dimic Trans gets around 20 new calls per month on average from people who find the company directly through search.

The first impression makes a difference

Visitors may not consciously think about website design, but they quickly notice when a company looks serious, clear, and professionally presented.

  • search

    People usually compare several companies

When someone urgently needs septic tank cleaning or sewer unclogging, they will often open several companies on their phone and decide which one feels more trustworthy.

  • timer

    The decision is made quickly

With local emergency services, people do not spend a long time researching. If they find the information and contact details quickly, they are much more likely to call right away.

Google is not the only place people use to find local services

More users are also asking AI tools such as ChatGPT which local company they should call when they need a specific service.

Because the services are clearly presented and the site is well organized, Dimic Trans also appears in AI recommendations for local septic tank cleaning services.

It is another reason a serious, well-organized website matters. A business can be discovered in more than one way.

Google visibility that brings real contacts

After the site launched, Google started connecting Dimic Trans with relevant local searches for emergency services and septic tank cleaning around Belgrade.

Instead of relying only on referrals, the company now gets new contacts from people who find it precisely when they need the service.

Along with greater visibility in Google, the site also records direct calls and other contact actions. That was the main goal of the project from the beginning.

A good website is no longer a luxury for a local business

People judge a company online long before they make the call. If the site feels outdated, unreliable, or confusing, there is a good chance they move on without thinking twice.

Dimic Trans started with a simple idea: see what a serious website could do for the business. Today, the site is one of the ways new customers find the company every month.

The most important result is not just the charts and statistics. The important part is that the site is actively working, has become part of the business, and continues to bring in new contacts.
